Returns & Refunds
We hope you will be happy with your purchase from Little Trinkets, however if there is a problem with your purchase, we will be happy to give you a return for exchange of goods or a refund on the basis that:
- The item must be returned in it's original packaging.
- The item must be unworn and must be returned in it's unworn condition.
- Please email us at email@example.com (or via the Contact page) within 7 days of receiving your items to discuss the matter first, before returning any goods. We will not grant refunds or exchange goods without being contacted beforehand.
Postage costs are non-refundable. Please note that in returning your purchases, they will be returned at your own cost. Only the product cost will be refunded, but only if you have contacted us within 7 days of receiving your product.
Please note that earrings are non-refundable and non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
When returning goods, please ensure that you have obtained proof of postage as we cannot refund your payment if we do not receive the item due to it getting lost in the post. Items can be delicate so please ensure you have carefully re-packaged the item. Any items which are damaged or worn when returned will not be refunded and will be returned back to you (if damage is not the reason for return).
Upon receiving the returned item, Little Trinkets will refund the payment to the original source of payment or send out the exchanged good. If you would like to exchange your item, this will incur a further delivery charge of £2.00.
